The Concorde is a Class 3 aircraft, based on the supersonic airliner of the same name, which you can learn about here. It is the fastest plane in the game, tied with the Starship, both having a speed of 400 mph. However, the fastest plane series is the Cloudliner Series. Statistically, the Concorde is about equal to the Fogbuster Series, with more range and speed.
As the name suggests, its inspired by the real world BAC-Aérospatiale Concorde.
